How billing works
Simple, short and in your control
Start with a free trial
Every new company starts on a 7-day trial. No card or M-Pesa payment is needed to begin.
Pay for the time you need
Buy a plan for 2 days, a week, two weeks or a month. Paying again for the same plan adds time after the current period.
M-Pesa or card
Payments go through Paystack's secure checkout. Prices are listed in dollars and charged in Kenyan shillings at the exchange rate shown at checkout.
Renewal only if you ask
M-Pesa payments never renew. A card renews only if the owner ticks “save my card” at checkout, and the owner can turn that off or remove the card at any time.
No lock-in
When paid time runs out, the company moves to the Free plan by itself. Nothing is deleted because a payment ended.
Fair limits
Each plan sets clear limits on posts, networks, storage, brands, team members and AI use. The app tells you before you reach one.

About paying
Which currency am I charged in?
Kenyan shillings, because M-Pesa only takes shillings. Plans are listed in US dollars with the shilling amount beside them, using today's exchange rate.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Buying a different plan starts it at once. Buying the same plan again adds a period after the current one.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, in the cases set out in our billing and refund policy, such as a payment taken twice or a charge you did not authorise.
Do you also run social media for us?
Yes. Managed social media is priced separately, depending on your brands and channels.
